Guest guest
Maybe this has been posted before but I cannot seem to find it anywhere so if anyone could answer this or Doc himself...I know that no two people are the same but just out of curiousity what is Doc's daily regime as far as supplements, teas, etc...for example total nutrition, TT (how much a day) and are there any other supplements or teas say that he takes daily for overall health and maybe a ballpark figure of how much???? I would just like to know what a professionals daily regime might look like...thanks to you all or Doc. Marci
Guest guest
Dear Marci, I answered this (in part) a short while ago, when I wrote a postscript about my new concoction called, Doc's Double Deuce Doppelganger. ;-) My Health Food Store / Organic Juice Bar and Smoothie Shack here in Clearwater Florida is called, The Rabbit Hole named after Alice in Wonderland's adventure. Welllllllll, we had a vote late last night with all the staff here at the store, and it seems as if I've been way outvoted as to the name, and my wish to have the most potent of all health drinks named after me is simply not to be. ROTFLOL. The name that won all the votes was, "The Jabberwocky". Go figure. I get no respect (joke ;-) Anywho, my daily regimen is as follows: 1. 7AM - Get up and have 8 oz of distilled water. This is also when I have my first BM of the day. 2. Somewhere between 7:30 & 8AM I take my dog Trixie for a 4 to 6 mile run along the Pinellas trail. Some people claim that she pulls me the entire way, but it's a downright lie. Her leash is actually rock hard and I'm pushing her. ;-) My wife Valorie is rebounding on a mini-trampoline during this time. 3. 9AM - I'm back from my run and I'm showering and generally getting cleaned up. I usually have a banana or a grapefruit (or two, or one of each) after this. 4. 9:30 - My wife Valorie and I usually sit and listen to an, educational / spiritual lecture while we have a cup of organic (non caffeinated) herb tea. The lecture is usually over by 10:30 and we then calmly plan our day and decide on the products we both want to produce for the day. 5. 11AM we're at work and have our early morning staff meeting where we decide on such things as the latest organic drink or food we're going to be creating this day. At 11:30 the meeting ends & the doors open. 6. I immediately make myself & drink a Doppelganger, errrrrrrrrrrrr Jabberwocky and down the hatchet. ;-) - The Recipe is: The Jabberwocky 8 to 12 ounces of Organic Apple Juice (or other organic fruit juice - fresh squeezed is best) 2 Tablespoons of Total Nutrition. 2 Tblsp of UDO's oil (you can substitute a high quality Flax Oil here) 2 - 1/2 Teaspoons of MSM Powder. 2 Tblsp of Body Balance + 2 Tblsp of Bee Pollen. 2 Tblsp of Dr. Bernard Jensen's Goat Whey. 2 Raw Organic Eggs. 7. Around 1PM to 2PM, I'll have one sandwich made with Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Bread that has Avocados, Spinach, Tomatoes, Onions, Sprouted Alfalfa, and Almondaise. Once in a while I'll also add cukes to all this. Shortly after this, I'll have a Pineapple, Papaya, Mango frozen smoothie in an Orange juice base. 8. Around 5 PM I'll usually have another frozen smoothie - this time Strawberries, Raspberries, Bananas, in an apple juice base. 9. 6PM is time for Soup. This is always a Barley / Lentil Soup that has carrots, onions, celery and spices in it. It is one of Valories great recipes and I'll try and get her to post it to the list. 10. 7:30PM is quittin' time and we all rap things up and head home. Sometime between now and 8:30PM Valorie and I will also have a mixed green and vegetable salad. After this, if either of us gets hungry, we usually have another banana and / or grapefruit to tide us over till bed time. That about wraps up our daily food regimen on any given day. Right at this moment, I'm doing a major investigation into weight loss, so I've been off of the above for the last couple of weeks to look into ketosis from eating a lot of meat. This has been limited to organic chicken, organic eggs, organic wild ocean sea fish, organic lamb, and organic beef. I don't have too much weight that I want to lose, but I have lost a little doing this. I don't want to get too deeply into this as it is just an experiment, and I'm not normally a big meat eater, but I wanted to check the effects on my body from doing this. The one thing I'd like to note is that a very mild headache turned on the exact moment I started this "modified Atkins Diet" which I find interesting. It's been with me since, and I never get headaches. Very curious. Hope the above helps.
