While I'm at it. (I hope Doc is okay with this - if not, I'm sure I'll hear about it!) I'd also get a copy of "The Nursing Mother's Herbal" This is by far the most comprehensive book that I have come across for herbs and breastfeeding.Tammi U.Tammi U.

I completely agree with Vanessa, garlic is very safe at any dose any of us

is likely to take. To reach a toxic level (if there is one) you would have

to ingest massive amounts and would probably be sick before ingested toxins.

 

Never avoid garlic - put it in everything you can!!1
