Guest guest
Hi.. I use a product call Stevia by Now in my coffee. It is real sweet. A replacement for honey that is allowed also for diabetics is agave nectar. I purchase both at health food store. Diane M
Guest guest
However, be it known that agave nectar does have sugars in it. So if you're REALLY concerned about sugars, this may or may not be the way to go. In extreme cases, stevia (a natural, harmless, sweetening herb found in health food stores) is the way to go. Agave sure is good, though! And it's a good honey substitute for vegans who shy away from honey ks it comes from bees. (I'm not vegan but I knew one, who has since gone back to being regular vegetarian ks she was pretty sickly after 4 mos of being vegan.)
