Guest guest
Hi Tori, Low fat foods and sugar free foods are full of solvents. They are so processed and a lie by the American Medical Association and the food industry. Do not use asparatme or Sweet n' Low! There are reports on the internet about these items making Diabetes worse! Watch how your son will do better without them. And if he can choke down the Garlic Recipe, he will kill the flukes in his pancrease and in his whole body. Diabetes is also anger, (sweetness and hate) so he should watch his anger. I had it too. I know first hand all the turmoil in trying to find the right foods. Yogurt is great throughout the day to keep emotions stable.
