Jan, Loved your testimony. I've heard about raw food diets to conquer MS, Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, etc.... for years. It's exciting to read testimonies from people who actually have done something about their disease instead of letting it bring them low. Thanks for reminding me about eating raw. I've been struggling to lose weight - Got the exercise thing down and am eating good, but have stopped losing - now I know what my next step is! RAW!! (I love it's side effects! Have been juicing carrots every morning for several months now and am full of energy! (That is until I eat a cooked lunch, then zap, it's gone.)) diet. No meat, no dairy, no grains, no gluten, only live, raw, uncooked fruits and veggies. Here is my testimonial: http://www.webspawner.com/users/jansmsconquest/index.html It can be done! It may be diffcult to follow such a strict diet, but I'd rather live and walk, than be confined to a wheelchair! I no longer take any prescription medicines, and, as a side effect, I lost 81 pounds following this diet, so I am no longer morbidly obese! Nice side effect! Jan

Thank you Vicki. The change when eating raw foods is phenomenal! Some of my friends asked me how long I have to eat like that. "Forever", is my answer. It might be hard to give up all that fried food, breads and pasta, and pizza, but the feeling of being healthy, especially for one who had been so ill, is well worth it. Beats sitting in my chair, shaking and crying! And I really enjoy my fruits and veggies. Good luck with your diet. Raw works! JanVicki Weston <westonvj wrote:Jan, Loved your testimony.
