Guest guest
Dear Sherry I use honey in my coffee and it gives it a real nice Flavor. Try it and see. Sorry I never wrote sooner. Guest guest
Dear All My family went off white sugar about 6 months back. We switched to raw brown sugar but I feel I have put on weight as a result. I am now thinking I should use Honey instead but is Honey as fattening as white sugar? Guest guest
Better to get off of sugar altogether. Sugar is very addictive. Both my husband and I kicked sugar out of our diets about 3 years ago and haven't missed it since. Went through a headache and weird metallic taste in my mouth for about a week. Everything tastes much better. Also lost all of the cravings I was suffering from before. I now eat because I am hungry, not because of cravings. It was a battle at the time to not use sugar, but worth it. Carrol Begum Ibrahim wrote: Dear All My family went off white sugar about 6 months back.
