Dear Sherry I use honey in my coffee and it gives it a real nice Flavor. Try it and see. Sorry I never wrote sooner. PatSherry <blueopal wrote: I'd like to cut the amount of sugar I use but am finding it impossible. Stevia to me is bitter. I've been told I'm using to

Dear All

My family went off white sugar about 6 months back. We switched to raw

brown sugar but I feel I have put on weight as a result.

I am now thinking I should use Honey instead but is Honey as fattening

as white sugar?

Better to get off of sugar altogether. Sugar is very addictive. Both

my husband and I kicked

sugar out of our diets about 3 years ago and haven't missed it since.

Went through a headache

and weird metallic taste in my mouth for about a week. Everything

tastes much better.

Also lost all of the cravings I was suffering from before. I now eat

because I am hungry,

not because of cravings. It was a battle at the time to not use sugar,

but worth it.
