I use 1/8th of a teaspoon of organic salt with 8 oz of distilled water

for nasal irrigation.

It keeps for a few days in the fridge until I make a new badge.

This nasal irrigation also has been very helpful to keep bugs at bay..

Nettle tea is very good to help with allergies..

Mary,

I make a nasal decongestant with buffered, powdered vitamin c in

saline solution. i buy the saline over the counter and add 1 gram of

vitamin c to it. Vitamin C is more readily absorbed intranasally. I

have also in severe cases snorted a pinch of cayenne to get things

moving... sounds drastic but it isnt nearly as bad as you think... and

it does get things moving. It is slightly warm, does not burn. also if

you have oregano oil, a drop or 2 in a small amount of juice will

clear you up.. excellent anitviral, good for the whole body. What are

your allergies from, if known?

blessings..

Use the " neti pot " to help clear your sinuses of pollen.

This is used to clear up the malfunctions of the sinuses. A natural

aid that works as a decongestant and natural antihistamine. This

came from the book written by Dr Christopher. He was an Herbalist.

Formula for allergies, sinus, hayfever

1 part Brigham Tea (Ephedra species)(which you probably wont find)

(AND DONT USE ANYWAY IF YOU HAVE HEART PROBLEMS!)

1 part Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis)

1 part Golden seal root (Hydrastis canadensis)

1 part Chaparrall (Larrea tridentata)

1 part Burdock root (Arctium lappa)

1 part Parsley root (Petroselinum crispum)

1 part Lobelia (Lobelia inflata)

1 part Cayenne (Capsicum frutescens; C. minimum)

Make caps 2 caps 3 x day. Unless of course you are allergic to any

of this. I am not a doctor just a studying herbalist. This is a

recomendation only. Not a prescription.

Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
