Hi Christal,

 

Avoid cheese. This is from Aajonus Vonderplanitz, a

primal diet advocate.

 

The next thing you could do is start the Garlic Recipe

I posted earlier. It breaks up a lot of toxins and

hardening.

 

If you want more calcium, drink buttermilk. Yogurt

has more protein, but the calcium stays in the whey

and is in buttermilk. Or you could drink organic

whole milk for calcium. It tastes wonderful. 1 quart

per day to get 1000mg of calcium. Take magnesium to

help with calcium absorbtion.
