Guest guest
Does anyone know of an herbal remedy that might help reduce the pain and swelling from heel spurs?? I'm on my feet for hours at the job and though I have good arch support and shoes, my heels, legs and lower back are so sore by the time I get home I can hardly walk. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Kem <º)))><
Guest guest
Hi. I don't know what would help while you are on the job. Hopefully someone else does. However, I was just researching Epsom salt earlier today and it sounds like it would bring relief to soak your feet in it after work. Here's the link: http://www.epsomsaltcouncil.org/ Hope & pray it brings relief. Guest guest
Kem, Here are some of my thoughts... First of all, a heel spur is created due to a lack of calcium in the body. If you think you are taking in enough calcium, your body is not absorbing it. I had a heel spur years ago, and got rid of it by taking an herbal calcium formula. It took almost a year, but it is gone; and has never returned. I used Nature's Sunshine CA. Just find a calcium-rich synergistic formula and take it religiously. I'm not big on milk as it is hard for our bodies to digest. Think about where the cow gets its calcium--from the green grass. For the immediate relief of inflammation, I would soak it whenever possible in epsom salts and any other formula to pull the toxins out. In the meantime, I would also take turmeric/curcumin capsules every day (possibly six caps) as this will deal with the inflammation. You can read up on it. I had water on the knee some years back. The doctor wanted to use a very large needle. But I told him, I wanted to try my "thing" first, which was the turmeric. Took about a month, but got rid of that, too. It may take extra time; but in the end, you have allowed your body to do what it's supposed to do naturally with a little boost from nature. Guest guest
Kem.. Dont forget your magnesium with the calcium. They are needed together, in a good ratio or the body will not absorb them... the two act together for proper absorption. blessings.. spot herbal remedies , " Janet " <ebbs wrote: > > Kem, > > Here are some of my thoughts...
