Art is in a lot of pain what do i do?

my almost 10 year old papillion is peeing as he walks he seems to have lost control of his bladder again. is there any help for him? he had a disk blow in November he is walking again, but still limps and just you can tell he hurts. he was having acupuncture but I can't stand the vet for long periods and $$$$ goodness. he won't take pills if Ic an get something into his water maybe, but forign objects in the mouth is a joke. stubborn seems to run in the family

So I finally thought I need to make his food, I thought it was going to be a huge pain, boy oh boy was I wrong it is so easy and he LOVES IT!! And quess what, now he poops effortlessly..
