Since our conversation, I quit eating wheat. I've already lost 3 pounds. I'm definitely maintaining the exercise!

Dear Debra,

There is no way that anyone can predict or advise how much protein people should take in. We are all so different and each individual has his or her own needs. It is very much an individual thing.

Keep up with the exercise. This is a very key factor. If you check out the results of the survey, you'll notice how few people who are overweight are actually getting that much exercise.
