thyroid panel results and other labs, does anyone know what these #'s mean?

Can someone who may have knowledge help me understand these results:

 

Thyroid T3 (free), T4F, TSH, Chem misc results

 

T4F result= 1.2, (reference .9 to 1.4 ng/dl

 

TSH result= 2.63 (reference .34 to 4.82) no flags listed.

 

This is from my son with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome labs

 

Also: CBC Chem Panel non-fasting

 

GRAN# = 8.4 high (reference 1.2 to 6.5)

LYMPH# = 3.6 high (reference 1.2 to 3.4)

MONO# = .7 high (reference .1 to .6)

 

COMP Met Panel SGOT/SGPT

 

SGOT/AST= 46 high (reference 10-31 units/l)

SGPT/AST= 96 high (reference 30-65 units/l)

ALK PHOS total = 304 high (56-127 units/l)
