I suffer from IBS and at this time is acting up. Is there anything I

can take to aliviate the cramping, bloating?

hi veronica... there is good effect seen of pranayaama in ibs.. u can do the pranayaamas like.. CHANDRABHEDANA, SHEETALI, and SITKAARI.initially u can do this pranayaamas 5 times a day then u can increase the frequency...and b cautious on diets and regimes.... take care.... kedar hereVeronica <veronica985 wrote: I suffer from IBS and at this time is acting up.
