What would I use for colon and liver cleansing? I've had so much

bloating and gas the past 6 months and sometimes diahrrea and really

bad cramps. I really think that a good cleanse would help me lose this

horrible bloated heavy feeling I have in my midsection.

Thanks!

Hi Tori

When I had this problem I took Flaxseed (raw) mixed with diluted cranberry juice and water. Once in the morning before anything,

and once more at bedtime. ( One tablespoon of flaxseed per glass)

In a matter of two days the bloating disappeared...I have to warn you though,.....you will have regular bowel movements when you do this.

Toxins are being pulled out.........good luck!

For colon and liver cleanse. Do it in two parts: 1) Start taking milk thistle capsules (twice - three times a day) for 2 months. 2) After you have started this regimen for 2 weeks, I would suggest a 24 hr fast (water only). Start back with a small meal of watermelon and cantaloup. Then start eating oatmeal (with water, not milk) every morning for 2-3 weeks.Tori <tori_1138 wrote: What would I use for colon and liver cleansing? Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min.

Thanks Debbie! I will try this this weekend and hopefully feel

better. I notice laxatives don't really help with the bloated heavy

feeling so I'm always up for natural remedies.

I use the ground flaxseed. Use 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, 1/3 cranberry juice, the rest water. ( 8 0z glass)
