Guest guest
I'm new to all of this. I have a lot to learn. Which I'm excited about. I do have a question. Any suggestions for allergies? For my hubby and I and our boys. The two that allergies affect are 8 and 11. Thank you for your help. I really don't like giving the boys over the counter stuff. And over the counter gives my husband reactions also. Jennifer
Guest guest
Jen, Most people think allergies are a deficiency in this or that, etc. It is not at all and most go around taking this herb and that herb, which may work. But at the same time, this is what you call “this for that.” When you have allergies, you are over producing histamine in the body, which can come from chronic dehydration (not drinking enough water or drinking/eating too many foods/drinks that are dehydrating), agents that are in the home, office, etc. What I would do is a home toxic checklist with all cleaning, household, hygienic, food, etc items. Most of the ingredients in them cause allergies of the nose, ears, thoat, eyes, and so on. If you look into this book by Ruth Winter (A Consumers Guide to Food Additives, as well as her one on Cosmetics), it will all make sense. With Qi, Joshua Rubin, OTR/L Rather light a candle, than complain about the darkness. -Chinese Wisdom
