We have our own organic garlic we grow(anyone can grow their own, even apartment dwellers)and it's stronger already than store bought, so in the oil it gets really powerful! In a quart jar with a glass stopper type lid we put 10 cut up cloves and fill it almost to the top with extra virgin olive oil. We shake this daily(just like any type tincture) and strain it after a few weeks to a month. Sometimes we don't strain it, just take eyedroppers full out as needed. And yes, keep it out of the sun or it gets all gunky. One dropper full of this in the dough makes for some really garlicky garlic bread! One dropper of this garlic oil and one dropper of Black Walnut tincture together(taken BOTH internally and externally) makes Athletes Foot run! Bob.
