Guest guest
Hi Raaven, Try this type of tea - raspberry LEAF - it is a tonic for the uterine area for femails and works great. Calcium / Magnesium helps too but I drink the tea as my calcium and magnesium levels are really high. There are other herbs that are good to but you can try this one first. herbal remedies , " E J Lanier " <raavenart wrote: > > Does anyone have any suggestions on this matter? Guest guest
Raaven, My best friend also suffers in this way and swears by Penny royal tea. I have never tried it myself but she says generations have used it in her family, her great grandmother even used to smoke it during her time of the month!! My cramps aren't what you would call severe but I rely on good ol Chamomile. Hope this helps. Peace-- Jesse > My entire life I have > > gotten violently ill every month
