desperate for relief: menstrual cramps recommend Raspberry LEAF tea

Hi Raaven,

Try this type of tea - raspberry LEAF - it is a tonic for the uterine

area for femails and works great. Calcium / Magnesium helps too but I

drink the tea as my calcium and magnesium levels are really high.

There are other herbs that are good to but you can try this one first.

Raaven,

 

My best friend also suffers in this way and swears by

Penny royal tea. I have never tried it myself but she

says generations have used it in her family, her great

grandmother even used to smoke it during her time of

the month!! My cramps aren't what you would call

severe but I rely on good ol Chamomile. Hope this
