This REALLY works. I have had friends that done this and they haven't smoked in 2 some 3 years now.

Stop Smoking

1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

8 oz. orange juice

Mix cream of tartar and orange juice

Every night drink at bedtime

Next morning nicotine comes out in your urine

Next day you will smoke fewer cigarettes

By the end of the month you will be down to nothing

Some people it only takes 10-15 days

Others it takes 30 day it is according to how many cigarettes you smoke the more you smoke the longer it will take.

Cheap and is very easy and it works.

I don't know what you mean how does it work, it explains itself.

I don't know how it works it just works. If you do what it says you don't want to smoke any more. I do know that when you do this the cigarettes taste bad and you don't want them after you do this if you smell a cigarette you can't stand to smell it and you don't want one. It takes all the nicotine out of you body. Does this help you to understand.

Could this possibly work on someone that really doesn't want to stop smoking? Say for instance on a husband that loves those smelly ole things more than his poor suffering wife? Could that poor wife just tell him by drinking this solution every night he would feel better and *trick* him into just not wanting so many every day? Then when he finally (after 36 yrs) just decides to stop....she could say...."WOW honey, your wonderful....how did you ever do it?"......it could happen....right? .....oh well, you've gotta have a dream! well- as for how it works I would assume mostly the vitamin c since it flushes the toxins really well. smoking depletes vitamin c a LOT which may be why smoking gets so addicting and why this would help to stop or reverse the process. im just guessing here so don’t hold me to it but the smoking stripping vit c IS a fact. I used to bake from scratch a lot and cream of tarter is what you use to make angel food cakes and merangues etc. it’s the stuff that makes the eggs "fluff" up so foamy when you whip it. have no idea how that would have any effect of it unless its some kind of binding agent which sounds like it is. hope this helps at all- remember just guessing but certainly sounds like a reasonable and much more pleasant way to stop smoking than the pricey chemical alternatives. besides, if it didn’t work so what, its just one glass of oj - only concern id have would be heartburn drinking oj before sleeping. good luck

I'm all for trying it. Is cream of tarter harmful in

anyway at all in this dosage? Everyday a 1/2 teaspoon?

Orange juice seems healthy enough. It just seems to

easy to me. Im all for easy however...lol. If it works

ill be the first to back this mixture. I'm 35 and have

been smoking a pack a day for about 16 years. Im

really feeling the effects. Sence of smell has been

getting worse, taste of food, and also my breathing is

horrible, i think im on my way to asthma or worse.

I'll try this, but not after some researching of cream

of tarter. Vit C will be good for me anyway!

Thanks,

Kerry

No it won't hurt you, everyone that has done it is OK. Nothing happened to them. If you keep on smoking you die of cancer. How in the world can cream of tartar hurt you. Everyone that has done this they tell me that it works. It you are afraid don't do it. Just pay a high price for the patch or shot no telling what they have in the shots.

I don't think it will. I have a neighbor lady that I was telling this to and she said she wanted to try it but she said she loved her cigarettes and she liked smoking to much. So she did it for a week and stopped.

Do you think this will work with chewing tobacco? My hubby quit

smoking because he knows it is killing his lungs, but he has a horrid

nicotine addiction, and he has no clue how to battle it. If this

will help, I am sure I can get him to try it.

Creme of Tartar is nothing more than a by product of wine making. It

is simply the powdery substance that is left behind when 'perking'

wine in vats. It is a totally natural substance. However, organic

would be really good if you take it daily, as there is sure to be

sulfides and sulfates in non organic.

Why don't we do a test, instead of bickering about whether it works

or not? How many smokers do we have here who want to quit and are

willing to test this out? Then, we can post the results in the files

for future reference. If you do this, give us a good idea of how

long you've been smoking, how much a day, and how well you think it

may have helped to try this.

I am going to try to get hubby to try it for the chewing tabacco.

He's tried and tried, and can't quit, he gets way too tense (big bear

of a guy, not fun when crabby from a nic fit). But he is a ticking

bomb health wise, and he needs to start cleaning up somehow. The

patches don't work for him, and the doctors won't help, so I have to

find something.
