Guest guest
Hi Anne, A tincture is definitly the best way to take it! It is really easily made and I have a recipe somewhere I'll try and find it to send over. Good luck, Kate. >-- Original Message -- >herbal remedies > " hettenna " <hettenna >Thu, 27 Apr 2006 23:56:56 -0000 >Herbal Remedies - astragulas question >herbal remedies > > >What is the best way to take Astragulas? YOU CAN ALSO ADD IT TO SOUP WHICH IS COMMON IN CHINESE CULTURE. YOU CAN ALSO MAKE YOUR OWN CAPSULES WITH THE POWDER.
