Guest guest
Hello, I have had a blood test and waiting for the results. But for the last week, expecially yesterday and today, I have been having heart palps. The feeling is like your heart skips a beat. Other then cayenne pepper, hawthorn, has anyone had to deal with this? They are going to check for thyroid problems. I sure hate this feeling, You can really get anxiety over it. This is what I'm taking: Hawthron, cayenne pepper tea, 1 c. a day. Fish oil, Co Q 10, Aged garlic. Sure can't wait to have these gone, it is not fun at all. I don't feel dizzy at all, just a thumping or missed beat in my chest. Any help would be GREATLY apperciated! Barb
Guest guest
Hello, I've just recently went through what your going through now. May I suggest powdered seaweed twice a day and organic coconut oil, a spoonful or two twice a day. You may have to add seleinium to your diet. Go to www.tuberose.com. This will give you some insight on how to treat yourself. I suffer from underactive thyroid. I did have those heart palputations. (Racing heart). They for the most part my racing heart is gone. It only took a few weeks. Good luck and don't panic. Kittibarbpom2000 <barbpom2000 wrote: Hello,I have had a blood test and waiting for the results. Guest guest
Hi Barb, I experienced this about 15 years ago. I'm a vegetarian, but ate lots of cheese at the time. The skipped beats were really bad for awhile, then I linked it to whenever I ate a meal with cheese they would start occurring. When I cut out the cheese, they stopped. To this day, whenever I have cheese (which may have happened 3 times last year) I'll get one skip. I now cook mostly with Olive Oil, make my own cheese with out dairy, and haven't had a problem. Hope you find relief soon. I know how disconcerting (to say the least) this is! Vicki PS - let me know how you are doing!barbpom2000 <barbpom2000 wrote: Hello,I have had a blood test and waiting for the results. Guest guest
I would also recommend seaweed and take some magnesium tablets (200-300 mg a day). Also drink a glass of orange juice (or grape juice) twice a day for a week. You probably have an electrolyte imbalance.Nettie Horner <kittifish wrote: Hello, I've just recently went through what your going through now.
