Guest guest
Gab in Fl, you're like me with the cayenne caps. Just don't take them on an empty stomach. In the early am I drink two raw eggs with milk and then we eat a hard boiled egg, and THEN we take our suppliments. This, of course, is after we drink at least two glasses of distilled water to help get 'things' moving. HTH Bob
Guest guest
Michelle, when my DW had what the Dr referred to as a 'blown out' knee (from a very bad twisted fall) a few years ago we put comfrey tincture on bandages and then wrapped it with an Ace bandage. She changed it three times a day and before bed. Took a bit over three months to be gone, but that's not bad as the Dr was scheduling her for Orthopedic Surgery. GO COMFREY!! Bob.
