Question about asthma in child

Was wondering what I can do to help my neighbor boy. He suffers from

asthma and it has been acting up the past two days. It seems to act up

when he gets excited and upset with people/siblings mostly. He has one

of those inhaler things I despise, but I don't think he really uses it

much. He also gets poison quite easily, just being in the air. He has

that again too. So would a simple tea blend give him some type of

relief? Thanks.
