I have used

and use the Kaufman Fungal Diet out of his book, The Fungal Link. It is a 2

phase program and lasts about 6 months (each phase is 3 months). Most think that

a 2wk, month, etc program is enough. I can tell you from my clinical experience

and testing that it is not. This 6 month program is great and has worked 100%

of the time on clients, etc.
