IE: Go to " Files > Articles " and read about everything. or go to: " Files > Doc Ian Shillington ND " for recipes. Also go to " A Free Lecture NATUROPATHY " to listen to the FREE CD... Believe me you will be amazed at what you can learn. Thanks Bob, I thought that was what I was doing...went to the home page, then files, then recipes, some of the recipes came up , but most came back as document not found. i will give it another try..
