Yeast problems

I am looking for a natural cure/Herbal Remedy for internal overgrowth of yeast. Anyone have any good ideas? Or can you point me in the right direction of where to search?

"yeast connection" is a great book that basically solved my interanl yeast issues and is pretty easy to find, read and use. many great ideas in there and to be honest I didn’t do everyting it suggested and still changed my life 360 degrees! also- eat yogurt or take acidophilus. they help eat up the excess yeast. that’s really the best advice besides a fast and cleanse but you would probably want a fast free of sugars including many fruits. one of yeasts faorite foods is sugar you know.
