Guest guest
Milk Thistle has been shown to help the liver. Many AA people take it. Though the best way to cleanse the body is by drinking water. I have not tried Fulvic acid, Holland and Barretts (UK Shop) do not sell it, it appears to be the new thing. Preparation for total cleansing? Maybe some exercise will help the body.
