You have to go to each File and read the contents to find what you want. IE: Go to " Files > Articles " and read about everything. or go to: " Files > Doc Ian Shillington ND " for recipes. Also go to " A Free Lecture NATUROPATHY " to listen to the FREE CD... I am going thru the files looking for the formulas and a lot are coming back as " Document not found " . Is there any other place to find these formulas?
