>>>>... dog is doing the same thing right now... but he doesnt have

fleas,

just has allergies (to what, we dont know)... but his tail and butt

are all

bare and raw from him biting himself... <<<<<

Our dog picked up a few fleas from somewhere and the first I knew of

it was seeing where she had chewed around the base of her tail until

it was raw and bloody. Tried a few things without success and the

growing raw area looked like it was starting to get infected. I

topically applied some strong homemade colloidal silver for the

infection. She didn't chew the area again. I only did the one

application - combed out the shed scab out of her fur today. Don't

know what or if the silver had anything to do with the allergy or if

it was just coincidental.

We have a cat that is highly allergic to fleas and though we found no

evidence of fleas on him we know he had been exposed because of the

rash he gets and licks himself bald, feels bad, looses weight, and

gets veeeeery grumpy. He has a little bit of the rash left and I'm

going to try the silver on it and see what happens.

I have had great luck treating my cats with 500/mg vitamin C, small amounts of natural wet food twice a day, dry food once a day, with a period of 12 hours every day with no access to food (helps balance their ph).J Jackson <wojack2 wrote: >>>>... dog is doing the same thing right now... but he doesnt have fleas, just has allergies (to what, we dont know)... but his tail and butt are allbare and raw from him biting himself... <<<<<Our dog picked up a few fleas from somewhere and the first I knew of it was seeing where she had chewed around the base of her tail until it was raw and bloody. Hi,

My dog was cured if her " allery to flea bites " when I changed her

diet to a more natural one - raw meat etc rather than canned or dried

foods.
