Guest guest
Hi I have fibromyalgia as well and a whole lot of other things. I am taking sea vegg, and digestrol and they are helping, are they a cure? no, not for me, but my restless legs are a lot better. doing cleanses are helpful as well,as well as acupuncture and yoga or the like. you have to keep moving, as painful as it is, you have to walk. don't park next to the door when going anywhere, make yourself walk a little longer. it will hurt at first but the more you do it the better you feel. peppermint tea helps my migraines, just having peppermint in the air helps. just some ideas. I hope something helps you soon. Guest guest
I have had fibromyalgea, asthma, allergies for about 5 years now.I take 250 miligrams of magnesium morning and night( magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer that will not make you sleepy , but will help to relax your muscles so yu sleep better at night).I also take 2400 miligrams of omega fish oils( they help keep down the inflamation in my hands and feet, also my hands don't cramp nearly as bad as they use to. Although exersize is needed to keep the muscles limber, make sure you do not over do it.The doctor I use to go to , told me to start with a 5 count and when I was compfortable with that , then add 1 or 2 more.I am not one that is much for exersize, so I too started parking further away to get in more walking. I know am a manager of a warehouse, but for about 3 or 4 years I was a production worker with the fibromyalgea.I would come home and for an hour or two,all I could do was lay on the couch in alot of pain with my hands, wrist arms ,back, shoulders, bottom of my feet, anckles, and my right leg would feel like someone had been hitting it with a ball bat.Now that I don't have to do the production work, the fish oils and magnesium are helping alot.I still get flair ups, exspecialy because the job I have now isn't physical but it has alot of stress.the more stress you are under the worse the headaches, which for me goes down the right side of my head and neck and shoulder. There is no way of completely getting rid of stree but learning to handle it better, with out getting as upset, realy helps, also taking care of the stressful situation as soon as possible.I still have to take tylenol once in a while, exspecialy around my monthly, but I am looking into trying devils claw or msn for extra pain relief, when needed. herbal remedies , " Stuck " <Sstuck wrote: > > Hi I have fibromyalgia as well and a whole lot of other things.
