John,

My husband has fibromyalgia. The first thing he ever did that made a huge difference is did a bowel cleanse. He didn't do docs because we didn't know about doc's at the time. The cleanse he did took all the mucus out of his intestines. The mucus blocks your body's ability to absorb any nutrition from the food you eat and causes your immune system to fail over time as well. So check out doc's cleanses very carefully and do them all in the proper order. Then and only then will you be able to see improvement.

My husband's migraines were triggered by muscles spasms in other locations. You might try going to a massage therapist that knows trigger point therapy and see if that takes care of your migraine. I bought a trigger point chart that I keep rolled up in our bedroom blind so I can work on him now.

There is a whole group of things (herbal and nutritional) he does every day to keep him going. Otherwise, I hate to think how miserable he would be.

You didn't go into any specifics about your problems. If I knew more I could tell you what has helped him. Of course, none of the prescription meds ever did any good - all side effects and no positive results - that's why we went herbal/nutritional years ago. Your body is screaming for healing.

Monica
