Guest guest Posted April 18, 2006 Report Share Posted April 18, 2006 there was a remedy posted earlier involving block camphor being dissolved in a liquid base.the only block camphor at my drug store is labelled-- " synthetic,not suitable for medicinal use " is this the same camphor used?years ago we used a camphor ,alchohol,witch hazel mix for acne.as a stop gap measure i bought a small bottle of 10%camphor spirit,to use on my toe nails.will this be effective? Another good and easy source is Good old Campho Phenique which should work the same way but as of yet I havent proven.
