Guest guest
I couldn’t tell you if theres anything that will reduce marks already there, just ways to prevent them which there are various oils but best bet would be to take the right vitamins if possible. while pregnant some of the ones are probably unsafe but I know I did get stretch marks during puberty, I think all women do its just a matter of how bad. you cant see them now at all but I also gained weight while hitting puberty so when I lost it they blended in with my skin tone but they were minimal to begin with. you get the marks from the kin being stretched too far too fast which is why puberty and pregnancy are usually the cause. I would imagine drinkig pleanty of fluids would help reduce the odds as well but that seems to be common sense. I used the pure sesame oil on tummy just in case ( by the way for the childbirth relief it was recommended to use it IN you as well that it is said to help the vaginal muscles be more flexible if you will) but I got none and I didn’t use anything on the small ones from puberty. I might just be lucky too tho. I'e been told I have very thick skin and my father is 100% iriquois so this could play a role in my blessings - good luck melisa
