Hello Paula and Sonja,

I just completed my Master Herbalist course online with Trinity

School of Natural Healing. www.trinityschool.org I was very

impressed with the ciriculum. The courses are very thorough and are

right in line with all the other sources I have referenced. Doc said

that he had taken courses with Trinity before and was satisfied with

thier teaching. As for their ND program. I will be working my way

towards that degree and again, the classes look very comprehensive.

I looked at Clayton and thought they had good courses and I have

heard many good things about them. However, my funds are very

limited and the difference in tuition between the two colleges was

about $2,000.00 for the same courses.

The only negative that I found with Trinity is the lack of

networking with other students and alumni. I would have liked to

have had the ability to have a forum to go to in order to be able to

discuss assignments, etc. If ever I had questions, the staff at

Trinity was great about getting right back to me, but it is nice to

have contact with other students who have gone through the program.

Then again, that is how I found this group, by searching for a forum

of like minded individuals.

Hope this helps!

Hi Elaine

Thanks for the post as it was helpful. I visited the site.

The fees seem relatvely affordable as I have very limited funds as

well.

I was just wondering: did you have to buy many textbooks? Besides the

cost of the books I am wondering if I'd be able to buy them where I am

located.
