Guest guest
Jocelyn, I would have to say without and assessment, we all would just be guessing. This puts everyone at risk. I would try some Echinacea herbs, as well as some acupuncture and/or lymphatic massage. Guest guest
how do you use a castol oil pack, just soak a cloth in it and warm it up? any strange side effects from doing this?
Guest guest
Melisa.. Yes, just warm the oil, pour over a cloth, wring the cloth out a little and apply. it can be covered with saran wrap so as to not be messy. we have " kitties " the bean filled bags that you heat in the microwave... you can use these also to warm the oil without the mess. just pour the oil on the cloth, nuke the kitty, put the cloth on your body and the kittie on that. blessings.. spot herbal remedies , " Melisa " <On_A_Quest wrote: > > how do you use a castol oil pack, just soak a cloth in it and warm it up? any strange side effects from doing this? >

You should use a piece of pure (no chemicals) wool cloth, folded about four times to give it depth. Put castor oil on it to get a good wetness. Put the cloth on the site, cover with saran wrap, then a warming pad. You can use a towel wrapped around all that to keep it in place and the warmth in. Keep on the site for at least an hour to be of value. You can use the same cloth a couple more times before washing to reuse later, by keeping in a plastic bag. There is a book about castor oil (the palm of Christ) and all its values; I forget the title. Guest guest
awesome thank you. that’s been one of my main concerns for a long time. even before becoming ill with this mess. plus I have always had sinus/allergy issues and my glands and lymphs in neck get real bad. hope this helps. the "kitties" sound like a great idea also. I might have to look for a different animal though or my cat obsessed toddler will steal them lol. hugs melisa
Guest guest
Melisa.. You may want to look at oregano oil for your sinus problems. One drop in some juice works wonders. The kitties are actually just small pillows filled with beans.. blessings.. spot herbal remedies , " Melisa " <On_A_Quest wrote: > > awesome thank you. that's been one of my main concerns for a long time. even before becoming ill with this mess. plus I have always had sinus/allergy issues and my glands and lymphs in neck get real bad. hope this helps. the " kitties " sound like a great idea also.
