Question for you, if you eat organic, why no red meats?

Because of my surgery mostly. It is difficult to digest and after 2-3 bites my stomach hurts. I usually end up vomiting.

1. Do a toxic home and office checklist to eliminate any environmental, chemical, mental, emotional, etc stressors.

My home is pretty secure environmentally and chemically. I married 2 years ago to a man I met on the Internet then moved 1000 miles to be with him. Wonderful man and I am glad I did it, but at age 45 it is a lot of change. New home, job, friends and family.

2. Have you eat 100% organic and follow the basic Nutrition and Lifestyle Principles that I have posted twice and keep referring to.

Must have missed them but I will look for them.

3. Teach you how to massage your liver and other organs to keep them physiologically, biochemically and energetically happy.

I do this.

4. Get you to see an acupuncturist for a bunch of treatments and some herbal home remedies.

I will look for on

5. Take a Liver Support Tonic by www.herb-pharm.com

I have used their products, but prefer to use what I make. Its cheaper and basically the same thing.

6. Have you put Young Living Essential Oils directly on your liver area, drink, or infuse your house with. Some are chamomile, thyme, clove and blens: immupower, release, thieves.

Dont know anything about this. Can you provide more info for me.

That is my 2 cents!

Worth much more. Thanks

ok- this post - I have to ask a few things myself of you will kindly answer-

how or where can I learn about massaging the liver, or any organ for that matter especially with other organs????

what is your liver support mix then, im not rich by far and with the MG and meds for it my liver has got to be a mess and I have been looking for ways to cleanse safely within the range of doing it safely with my condition.

I too would really like to know a lot more about the living essential oils please. especially the immunopowder?

I have been meaning to ask the group in general if anyone knows anything about cleansing the lymph system. as I understand it will be mainly through massage and maybe other external things like accupuncture etc. massage would be my first choice if anyone knows any techniques the flush the lymphs by massage. would be huge help, thanks.

I dont know if this is for me or not, I don't know if I have Candida or not, I would assume yes I do, and I haven't done anything for the liver, and I know I NEED to.I am a little scared of the coffee enemas.I can't drink coffee anymore at all.thanxZahrajeanne_simons wrote: Have you done any caffeine enemas to help detoxify the liver? Don't know about flushing your lymph nodes but I have drained mine in my past with a combination a of Goldenseal, Echinacea and Myrrh tea alone. Clay. Ps It usually happens when you go on a week or longer fast. I was able to get tablespoons or less coming out of the back of my ear lobes. Kind of gross but I felt a lot better after the fast.

I just brought a de-humidifier, where you can put a carbon filter at the back, and an air cleaner which uses the HEPA filter, and an ioniser. I know it is expensive to change filters, but I only use both for a few hours each day. It does make a big difference, and my voice feels better. Breathing well is very important to energy, though both devices may cost £200.

wow- that does sound kind of gross but I guess that’s the idea lol- unfortunately I cant take echinacea at all, not sure about goldenseal either. I have to avoid immune boosters since I have autoimmune myasthenia gravis. I guess I keep looking- it takes me much longer to find an equally effective therapy because of it so im used to looking for long periods of time before finding something I can use. thanks for trying.

thanks- I've been somewhat skeptical about the immune boosting theories. I mean first off these are the same people that say they don’t think the immune boosters even work yet they advise against them if you are autoimmune. I always say- pick ONE argument and stick to it and if you don’t know then keep quiet. cant say youre wasting your $ they don’t work but then say don’t use them cause they do, just dumb. I'm not supposed to take ginseng since its supposedly an immune booster but without the ginseng I'm lost but I never thought of ginseng as much of an immune booster.

however I have found many of the things DO make me much worse nd I really do have to avoid them. I never take a drs word for anything so while I may mention things to them sometimes I take their advice as just that - advice. needless to say most drs like me about as much as I like them. I did get very lucky however as the neurologist I see feels quite similar as I do about my treatment so he doesn’t try to tell me I'm wasting my time with herbals and he doesn’t give me meds he doesn’t feel I really need which is great since every other dr gives me a notebook worth of rxs for any symptom and so on.

I do use my religion for healing, as well as positive energy from love and laughter etc, other than a few mandatory meds my supplements are my real meds that give me the most relief but I have had to do extensive research on everything to come up with the combos I use and I'm still working on it. at this point I am pretty close and am just trying to recover from a major period of stress that I couldn’t help or avoid and stress is extremely awful on anyones health but for those with autoimmune disorders it is especially rough. its odd how it takes only a few moments of stress to cause effects that can last so long. and whats more ironic is my condition some have proven is actually manifested by too much control over our own body.

this theory is that some of us can push ourselves too far. our bodies get weak and weary and need to be replenished with rest and nutrients etc and sometimes we just say no. rather than go to bed and eat right and take extra care when we are stressed we just push ourselves harder. while most people cant, they'll either get sick with colds, flus, ulcers whatever or they cant fight sleeping and so on. this theory fits me really well so I cant say I disagree and everyone else I have met personally with MG also has been the same way. like an overheated car, its gone too far past hot and you cant do anything and after that it just overheats real fast until you make some drastic changes and I'm trying to find the switch in my head lol to shut off my compulsion to never slow down. it’s a tricky process since it has to be just right. cant go too far into laziness but cant keep pushing. I have seen my good days vs bad days and keep trying to pinpoint how exactly I felt and thought etc to try to cause more good days. I think my longest stretch so far has been about 3 weeks without incident but that’s pretty awsome because hormonal changes from periods set me back also and not too much I can do about that as I'm in my childbearing years and they change by nature.

that’s great news about your mom though- congrats on that. I'd love to use a trampoline but I have to get a bit stronger first. I have lost a lot of muscle mass from being idle too long and am not strong enough by far right now for jumping as I can barely stand up and sudden movements cause me to fall so bouncing isnt going to be an option until I get that ok. I am using massage though a lot here lately and its helping a lot so far and I'm starting be able to stretch again so hopefully that will lead to more actual movement which is of course the goal.

well, I've gone on far too long and wrist is very achy to start so I have to be off. thanks for the input. have a good night
