Remember,

the past was, the future isn’t, and NOW Exists! Staying present will be

very important in your healing process. Question for you, if you eat organic,

why no red meats? Yes conventional meats contain hormones and everything under

the sun. That is why it is bad for you, you get high cholesterol, hardening of

the arteries. With organic though, you have nothing to worry about. As long as

it is hormone free, grass fed, etc, there is nothing wrong with it.

I know I have

said good quality fats are good and they are. With someone with inflammation of

the liver though, too much fat can cause your liver to become overworked,

sluggish and get more inflamed. Any stress (EMF, emotional, mental, physical,

etc) in your life = inflammation! Your fatigue is a sx of Hep C. Here is what I

would do if you were my client.

1. Do a

toxic home and office checklist to eliminate any environemental, chemical,

mental, emotional, etc stressors.

2. Have you

eat 100% organic and follow the basic Nutrition and Lifestyle Principles that I

have posted twice and keep referring to.

3. Teach

you how to massage your liver and other organs to keep them physiologically, biochemically

and energetically happy.

4. Get you

to see an acupuncturist for a bunch of treatments and some herbal home

remedies.

5. Take a

Liver Support Tonic by www.herb-pharm.com

6. Have you

put Young Living Essential Oils directly on your liver area, drink, or infuse

your house with. Some are chamomile, thyme, clove and blens: immupower,

release, thieves.

That is my

2 cents!
