I had my husband build an "addition" onto our bed that was big enough to fit a crib mattress. I put a pillow between baby and me - he fell asleep with my hand on him, which was all he needed. If he fussed at night I patted him. Did not bring him back into our bed, I moved over onto his section for feedings. No more pokes and prods from little arms and legs. We did this for about 4 months and then moved him into his own room, in his own toddler bed. One night of guiding him back to his bed was all it took. What a relief! herbal remedies Sunday, April 09, 2006 4:19 PM [lists] Herbal Remedies - Childbirth I have used Raspberry Tea with all my pregnancies except one (at whichtime I became a fervent proponent of it) to great effect. I labor withlittle pain.My last labor I used an acupressure technique called EFTwww.emofree.com that was AMAZING in how much it helped me relax.. Iliterally had no pain at all. Use it now for a lot of things. Butrasperry leaf tea is my number one standby with pregnancy ... (havehad 7 babies so far). I've also used blue and black cohosh to stimulate a labor that is'getting lazy'.. anyone else done
