[lists] Herbal Remedies - Wanting to Sleep all the time

I would really like to know what is wrong with me asall I want to do is sleep all the time. I also sufferfrom headaches, sinusitis, hayfever, menorrhagia, treated anaemia, treated hypothyroidism, IBS, slightlyoverweight, bad toenails (like the fungus issue) andjust generally not wanting to do things. I eat threemeals a day, I don't smoke and have an occassionalglass of wine. I drink tea and coffee and plenty ofwater, and that is another thing, I wake up a fewtimes in the night wanting to drink water or go to thetoilet.Any views would help and as we are approaching thecold season here (autumn) I don't fancy doing acleansing diet as I work 7 hour days, 4 days a weekwith hardly a break and toilet stops can be an issueas well as any other symptoms of toxin removals. Taking time off is also an issue as I work as a casualand don't get paid for it, so something slow intreatment is better than fast treatment.Peta __ On 7 Answers: Real people ask and answer questions on any topic. http://www.7.com.au/answers

Thanks Stuck for your help, I did check the website

out, but feel it is out of my price range, especially

now the Australian dollar has dropped and will cost me

me AUD$91, which at present I don't have that sort of

money to spend, but hopefully it may help someone else

on this group though.
