aching feet..hurt foot

Really?...back about 5 yrs ago I fell off my porch and cracked my heel oh the pain...so now if I'm on my feet much I have lots of pain...what can I do? thanks brendaGina Kopera <ginakopera1 wrote: Hi One of the many things that I have learn in this natural healing it takes several things to make one thing happen. I would try hot and cold differently on the area and get some heating oil, Doc probably sells it and do a fast, it is amazing how everything seems to be linked to your intestinal tract. Try everything!!!
