I hurt my foot by walking to far in a pair of sandals and as time went on it was not repairing itself, I never gave much thought into the reflexology chart and I would of never put these 2 things together my colon and foot. The part of my foot that ails me is in the heal and if you look at a reflexology chart and find what part of your foot and pay attention to that organ. When my foot starts to ache in the same spot I know I am constipated, when I get the colon moving the pain goes away. Guest guest
I would try hot and cold differently on the area and get some heating oil, Doc probably sells it and do a fast, it is amazing how everything seems to be linked to your intestinal tract. Try everything!!!
