Grind curry leaves into a paste. Make it into a ball of the size of a table

tennis ball. Mix with yoghurt. Take it as the first drink inn the morning.

It can definitely reduce your blood sugar.

I have looked in files to see about formual #1 and 2,

please keep in mind I am VERY new to this so be nice

to me LOL. I did not find these am i looking in the

wrong places?? PLEASE HELP. I am overweight and

think that this is a good place to start, Thanks
