Guest guest
Hi everyone. OK here is my problem. Firstly I am from Australia (that is not a problem in itself, only when belonging to US groups. lol) Therefore a lot of the products are hard to find. I am ready and desperate to start the cleanses. I am in rural Australia and nearly 300km from the nearest city. our town doesn't even have a health shop!! My question is with all the products I have seen on the net (colenix, Arise and Shine etc) that will post to Australia I wouldn't trust unless I had a personal recommendation form someone on the list. If you have used any of these and had any success whatsoever p'haps reply off list as I know docs formulas are best because they are the real, raw deal eg home made. This leads to the other part of my ?. Are docs recipes something that I could take to a herbalist in the city and ask them to make it up for us. Any advice would be great. Is going to be reasonably difficult for my hubby and I to do these cleanses due to our lifestyle so I really want to get it right the first time without wasting time and money on products that don't get results. I have a 10 day intestine, liver, stomach 'detox' programme sitting the cupboard that cost me A$70 that I now dont have much faith in. It is herbal so I will probably give it a go anyway as it may be a good kick start till I get the info I need from you guys. thanks in advance Kate
Guest guest
Why not use Doc's products? You can order from him by mail order on his website. See the Links section on the files for his web address. His is the only products I trust and use. They're fabulous. love Lisa de Haas Senior Moderator - " kate_jcbs " <gkjacobs5 <herbal remedies > Sunday, April 09, 2006 12:38 AM Herbal Remedies - Colan cleanse products > Hi everyone. Guest guest
Kate, Yes you can make Docs formulas can you not get things shipped to you from the US? When you do the detox, to get optimum results do a juice or water fasting along with it. Ginakate_jcbs <gkjacobs5 wrote: Hi everyone. OK here is my problem.
