Hi, I'm new to the group, but I have a lot of experience with Thrush, or Candida overgrowth. In my experience, the best way to fight the overgrowth is to cut out all sugar, white products (rice, bread, flour, etc.) and caffeine - then drink only water. Phase out meats, white products, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and dairy as much as possible.

Incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet, especially those with a low glycemic index. This will raise your pH to a more alkaline level, and the Candida will not be able to thrive anymore. *Acidophilis and other probiotics are also helpful. I use Kyobiotic.*

Vinegar creates a hostile environment for yeast, so wash clothes of the affected area with vinegar. Also keep the affected areas very dry (when you aren't bathing or swimming.) If these suggestions don't work for you, I can dig up a few more tricks later. I could go on and on... email me personally if you need more tips...
