We will be going to Copper Mountain, CO but will be spending a night in Denver first. We are staying at a place with a kitchen, which is wonderful since I don't like most restaurant food anymore. I will have a little time in Denver, and I'd like to buy organic food supplies to take to Copper Mountain. Does anyone know of a good health/food store, or a store that sells organic produce? Also, does anyone know of any restaurants in that area that serves real food, made on premises from (wishful thinking?) organic foods?
