Guest guest
Go outside and take your shoes off and stand on the earths natural ground. What happens is that the earths natural electricity gets cut off from our bodies from the rubber soled shoes. It works. I learned that from Dr Christopher. I have insomnia and my stomache cannot handle over the counter sleep aids so I used this. My friend gave me this recipe. The lavender, passion flowers and chamomile help calm the nerves and the valerian root helps and magnifies the flowers properties and helps one sleep. It might not help your friend, but at least he/she can give it a try. Hope it helps
Guest guest
An excellent remedy for insomnia is to go out for a walk before bed time. The person is to walk around the block, looking at things around him until his attention is OUT. It is important to walk past the tiredness until the attention is out - do NOT stop when feeling tired, but continue walking until relaxed. love Lisa de Haas Senior Moderator > Teddyberen wrote: > Hello.. > I am trying to get a co worker off sleeping pills.
