Guest guest
Several years ago I went to my doctor because I had a lot of distressing gall bladder symptoms and the whole right side of my stomach was tender and sore. He said well let's just watch this because this is unusal for you. I had read about coffee enemas and went home and did one because I wasn't going to just sit and watch anything. 20 minutes after the enema, I heard and felt this loud swishing and swirling noise in my stomach. It was followed by this huge pinching sensation and I kind of freaked.......I thought oh now what have you done. Within 10 minutes I stopped belching etc. and the tenderness in my stomach was gone by the next afternoon. I know I passed a stone or something. Now I do them off an on to make sure nothing is stuck and also I have noticed a huge difference in my allergies and asthma. After an enema, I have very little trouble for at least 6 weeks. As much of a pain in the butt these can be....no pun intended ......it is so worth the time, effort, and mess. Jeanne
