I've found that D-Mannose works well for UTI's. It was suggested to my

husband when he had a horrible UTI and it cleared up the infection within

days. It supposedly works better than cranberries alone.

When I developed a UTI a number of years ago, my older sister had me take

goldenseal tea. Bitter tasting, but very effective and is available now in

capsules as well as in a combination with echinacea. It works best if you

catch it when you first notice the symptoms, though. It worked for me and I

have not had the problem since.
