Guest guest
My daughter has lymphedema in her left arm. She is only 19. This happened after a MD decided that the lumps under her arm " were most certainly cancer " but after removing the lymph nodes and sending it off for a biopsy it turned out to be cat scratch fever. The whole operation could have been avoided ! Anyway, can't go back, so here we are dealing with a swollen left arm. She has been going to PT to teach her the massage therapy to drain the lymph nodes and has been trying to wear the arm sleeve and the bandages (which when she wears them it increases the swelling in her fingers ). My question - is there anything that she can take to help this condition. I need a natural antibiotics just in case she injures this arm as the infection can go through her body. She also has a lot of trouble finding pure Peppermint oil ( she uses olive oil as a base ) in order to massage the arm. Oh yea, she is also having trouble sleeping due to the pain and the swelling.
