[lists] Herbal Remedies - Re: how to remove bad smell

herbal remedies , "jamesarry_2005" <jamesarry_2005 wrote:>> > > How to remove bad smell from the mouth and body who has lot of sweat > when the person is working.>My personal experience has been to change the diet. Since we have been on a 99% organic diet, upped our consumption of daily water, and have cut back on meat (we eat absolutely no pork or shellfish, and very little red meat), I very, very rarely have body odor, and typically do not have to use a deoderant of any kind. Also, daily bathing, and perhaps frequently underarm washing with a warm wash cloth will help with BO. Now, since I have been having trouble with my liver, I noticed my BO getting a bit more noticable and I have been having breakouts and back/hip pain that I haven't had in quite a while, so I figured I had toxins building up somehow. Now I know how, lol.As for mouth, since I changed over to using only baking soda and Tea Tree Oil on my tooth brush, I have very little mouth odor. This from a gal who gardens hard, trains horses, builds chicken barns, and generally sweats like a man, and who LOVES garlic and onions. Kimberly Smith

Do you just put the baking soda on the toothbrush or do you make a paste or ?

Also a water pick of cayenne.

This is totally interesting, what was this for and what were the affects of using the cayenne? Does he just use regular cayenne or ?

My dentist told me that no paste is needed it just makes it taste better. I have never been a big fan of the stuff, my husband can only use tom's as she is allergic to saccharine. I use water and a tongue cleaner.
