Guest guest
Well you have me beat..lol The last time I was sick was Feb of 2005. My trick is that I drink plenty of tea if I feel a sickness coming on. The two main ingredients I use in the combination Tea is Feverfew and Oregano, they are awesome to prevent sickness. If fact I was exposed to sick people for a week before I was affected. Then I had it for less than two days when the other around me were sick for a week or more.. Bottom line is that Herbs really do work! Seriously Clay. How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
Guest guest
for the duration when I was healthy and didn’t get colds/flus I used to drink at least one big thing of green tea daily, and a few extra if I started feeling something coming on. this included vitamin c, echinacea, ginseng and a few others I don’t recall offhand but many times I already felt the sore throat coming on and by the end of the glass of tea it would be gone!
