Guest guest
could someone please tell me how to get rid of "calcium spurs".........I have a cousin that was told yesterday that she had "calcium spurs" on her shoulders and the doc she sees has already scheduled her for surgery to have them removed. Am I correct in thinking that these "calcium spurs" are basically calcium that has came out of solution ?? Is it magnesium that keeps calcium IN solution?? If so, then if one takes magnesium would it bring the calcium spurs back into solution ?? What sort of dosage of magnesium would do this?? How long would it take?? Your help would be greatly appreciated, blessings, Marlene
